About Us

Cru is more than a weekly meeting or Bible study. Cru exists to help SCSU students on their spiritual journey. We are students who love to help students discover how they can have a real, personal connection with God and we work to help them strengthen that relationship. And the best way to take a journey is with a bunch of friends, right? We provide plenty of opportunities for students to become part of a tight, supportive community.

Cru is Community
We are a large student organization on the SCSU campus. We are students from all types of racial, denominational, and political backgrounds.

Cru is Global
Campus Crusade is active on over 2,000 campuses all around the world. In every country in the world. That's more than McDonalds. We provide opportunities for students to travel internationally on summer-long missions trips and week-long vision trips.

Cru is Developing Leaders
We exist to raise up and equip the leaders of tomorrow.
We provide many opportunities for you to grow as a leader now and for the rest of your life.
